Business is ready tough – I found most of the people here, some without having a lot of money have a good palate, but some people will eat whatever… some people will choose what they eat… some people will choose quality… and some people will choose only cheap… My philosophy is very simple – when you eat rubbish you pay rubbish, and in the end it will effect you. A lot of people are complaining about stomach aches, about a lot of other stuff and nowadays you don’t know what you eat… unfortunately people think that cheap is the target for those who don’t have money. I don’t think it is the target for them as it can damage your health. There are so many colourings, preservatives in the food and people don’t understand why they have different diseases. They find out too late, when they develop allergies to different things.
I can’t do what everyone else does – they get a little powder and mix with water… and here you are… I do everything from scratch. I know that on France they are the best for Patisserie, and I would say that even in France they cannot do what I do in Parev. In milky, yes – I saw and tasted. But in Parev, I tasted the best one there, and they don’t reach the quality of product that I do.
I can give you things here in Parev – and you wouldn’t know its Parev. I heard of a lot of people calling Kedassia saying they couldn’t believe its Parev. It comes from a lot of hard work and knowledge.
People claim that I am expensive – but if you compare, put one against the other, you can see that when you test from one cake you eat maybe a third of it – so you don’t leave any crumbs from my cakes…
